£25 Foundation Dermal Filler Treatment

These are the terms and conditions for you to consent to having Foundation Dermal Filler injected by one of our fellow students at Ampika’s Aesthetics Training Academy.

The fee of £25.00 will be made payable upon booking your treatment. This £25.00 fee equates to the usage of 1.1ml of dermal filler, if you are looking for additional filler this will be priced at £30.00 per ml and will be made payable on the day.

The areas our students would look to treat are as follows:

Naso labiel folds
Marionette lines
Vermilion lip border
Internal lip volumisation

Providing you turn up on time to your appointment and have your treatment carried out, your £25.00 will be transferred back into the account in which you paid from. The fee shall not be refunded if you cancel the appointment within a 48-hr period of the appointment commencing.

The £25.00 fee will not be refunded if you personally decide not to go ahead with the treatment on the day.

We have the right to refuse and retain the £25.00 fee if you are under the influence of any substance or alcohol. We also have a zero-tolerance policy of unacceptable behaviour and abuse to our students and staff.
