Level 4 Terms & Conditions
The journey of your Level 4 certification gives you the in-depth knowledge to attain a recognised UK qualification to apply for a job in the aesthetics realm. Should the current UK laws change to govern the administration of such injectables, you wouldn’t be affected to carry out such treatments as you have attained this qualification.
Making a commitment to starting this course we suggest you seriously consider the following:
- Have you got the time to dedicate to the reading, writing assignments and following our suggested time frame?
- What reasons are you doing this course for?
Learning can be fun! Striving for further qualifications is extremely empowering. It shows you have the will power, ability and dedication to invest back into yourself. Six months soon passes by and obtaining a recognised qualification in this area will set you apart from the rest.
PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS

We are here to provide an outstanding service of excellence to you throughout your time with us here at any of our training academies.
The price you have paid for the course is an agreement between YOU and Ampika’s Aesthetics directly. You are signing our terms and conditions to state you are happy to pay the agreed price of the course you have chosen.
You ARE NOT at liberty to discuss your course price with anyone else other than Ampika’s Aesthetics directly. If you have gained entry onto one of our courses through a payment plan, special offer, discount as a returning student or variable rate depending on previous experience this is not the concern of any other students at Ampika’s Aesthetics but your own.
Personal discussions on variable fees paid to Ampika’s Aesthetics are non negotiable and shall give you no power to address any price concerns to fellow students or Ampika’s Aesthetics members of staff.
You realise your contract of payment and terms and conditions of payment of this course are kept directly to yourself. I hereby acknowledge Ampika’s Aesthetics courses to be a personal payable contract between two parties only.
Any conflict caused by you breaching the terms and conditions of payment or the amount you have paid between Ampika’s Aesthetics may result in FULL payment being made for each of your courses before any certification will be issued to yourself.
I understand and agree to the above.
I have agreed to pay the sum of monies for my course and except this is a personal arrangement between myself and Ampika’s Aesthetics directly.
With all our courses, you have the option to pay in full through our payment portal on the website, or alternatively you can pay 50% of the cost of the course to secure your course placement.
You can also try ‘Payl8r’ to see if you are suitable for a loan. Please click on the ‘Payl8r’ link when proceeding to pay on the website and complete the 5 stages to see if you are suitable. This is a separate company to Ampika’s Aesthetics, so we can’t overrule any outcome they provide to you about your finance application.
We do not take any card payments over the phone, however we do accept bank transfers if this is your preferred method.
If you wish to carry out your enrolment in person at the training school prior to the course commencing, you are welcome to settle the cost of the course in £GBP.
Once payment is made, you will be issued with a receipt and invoice.
Please note, ALL OUR COURSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AS YOU WILL NOT GET ANY REFUND ONCE YOU HAVE MADE ANY TYPE OF PAYMENT TO SECURE YOUR COURSE PLACEMENT.
You will be able to attend the course without full payment that has been confirmed by Ampika’s Aesthetics. Failure to do so will deem your course placement illegible and your deposit will not be refunded.
By attending Ampika’s Aesthetics you are to:
- Attending fully equipped
- Wearing appropriate clothing and closed toe shoes
- Arriving 20 minutes before course time commences
- Being alcohol and drug free.
- Being ready to learn and engage in class participation
- Healthy and positive attitude
- Bringing and wearing your own mask/visor if applicable.
We hold no responsibility for models that do not show up, cancel last minute, declined for treatment due to being unsuitable for that treatment. This is a situation out of our control. We do our upmost to ensure healthy numbers of live models are booked onto your training day but unfortunately we can not guarantee you that models turn up or are suitable for the treatment they desire.
Should you wish to bring your own models to ensure you have the correct treatments carried out on the day please feel free to contact the training school so your models shall be allocated to time slots suitable for your specific structured day, This must be done in advance as all teaching and model treatments are allocated to a booking system.
We are the largest training provider of aesthetics throughout the UK, we have more models booked onto our courses than are other training academy.
Unfortunately we can not, despite our efforts control the above. Courses may also be cancelled or rearranged from time to time.
This is extremely unusual but may happen due to unforeseen circumstances, in this event you will be offered other future dates.
Practical days are allocated at different times throughout a student’s course, depending on your availability and the tutors discretion. This ensures it will be the right time for you to get the best understanding and practical experience possible.
If you have COVID 19 or a strain of the virus, and are unable to attend your practical dates, you will need to provide evidence to the training academy. This should be a photograph of your full face, time and date stamped, showing you holding a positive flow test. This should then be emailed to the training school as soon as possible with your name and the dates of any practical dates you will not be able to attend.
Should you need to reschedule your practical dates, the training academy requires two weeks’ notice given via email with a full explanation as to why you cannot attend.
In the event of an illness, you will be granted a reschedule free of charge, providing you email the training academy with a letter from your GMC registered doctor stating the dates and the reasons for your absence.
If you turn up more than more than 30 minutes from the start time of your practical course you will not be permitted to join the course, and further costs to reschedule will apply.
STUDENTS GUIDELINES AND BEHAVIOR
We are a training school providing you with guidance and a set, structured support plan. All the team here at Ampika’s Aesthetics work hard to ensure the training we provide is thorough and maintained to a high standard.
In exchange we expect the same in return; you are expected to start the course with enthusiasm and engage in a positive manner to work productively alongside your tutors and assessors. Your fellow students must also be treated with respect, and everyone should encourage one another in a training environment. Should you wish to raise an issue with the training school, please email the relevant department. All the email addresses are clearly provided on the contact page of our website.

On each practical training day, there will be a senior member of staff who can assist you with any concerns you may have. The matter will then be reviewed and actioned accordingly, following our complaints procedure if necessary.
The school operates a no tolerance policy to abuse or threatening behaviour. In the event of any such behaviour, we have the right to terminate our agreement and therefore cease to continue to provide you with any further training. This will also be supported with our no refund policy.
Please be mindful of the above when joining the course.
In exceptional circumstances, should there be a health matter stopping you from being able to carry out your work, extra time may be granted. However, this will be at the discretion of the management team and proof from a doctor will need to be shown as evidence.
We do cater and support any of our students with any form of disability or learning disability.
A tailor-made custom plan will be created to ensure that the student is fully aided throughout the training we provide.
Any medical conditions or mental health conditions you have had historically or currently have MUST BE DISCLOSED on the enrolment form. Failure to do so will mean that your full needs may not be met thoroughly enough for you to get the best out of your training experience with Ampika’s Aesthetics.
All personal information is stored electronically with set key members of senior staff being able to access it should they need too. We are GDPR COMPLIANT meaning all your information is not shared with any other company. All contact you have with the school is logged electronically so your training journey with us is kept to a high standard. Everyone who makes up the team is polite and respectful and in return we want that commitment back from you.
As part of the enrolment to our courses you are agreeing for your details to be passed to Insync Insurance as the only third party we work alongside.
CONSENT FOR PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILMING
I consent to Ampika’s Aesthetics using photographs and/or video recordings including images of me both internally and externally to promote the Training Academy. These images could be used in print and digital media formats including print publications, websites, e-marketing, posters banners, advertising, film, social media, teaching and research purposes.
I understand that images on websites can be viewed throughout the world and not just in the United Kingdom and that some overseas countries may not provide the same level of protection to the rights of individuals as EU/UK legislation provides.
I understand that some images or recordings may be kept permanently once they are published.
I have read and understand the conditions and consent to my images being used as described.
Ampika’s Aesthetics is committed to processing information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The personal data collected on this form will be held securely and will only be used for administrative purposes.

- MEET THE ENTRY REQUIREMENTS AND PROVIDE PREVIOUS QUALIFICATIONS PRIOR TO THE COURSE
- TO WORK SAFELY WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF MY COURSE
- ARRIVE ON TIME AT THE BEGINNING OF THE DAY AND RESPECT THE TUTORS DISCRETIONS WITH BREAK TIMES
- USE COURTEOUS AND POLITE LANGUAGE AND TREAT STAFF, TUTORS, MODELS AND OTHER STUDENTS WITH RESPECT, DIGNITY, EQUALITY
- RESOLVE ANY CONFLICT PEACEFULLY AND EXPRESS MY FEELINGS IN WORDS
- FOLLOW THE HEALTH AND SAFETY PROVIDED AT THE TIME OF MY COURSE IN ORDER TO PROTECT OTHERS AND MYSELF
- NOT TO ATTEND UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF DRUGS OR ALCOHOL
- DRESS IN CLEAN, NEAT AND SAFE MANNER.
- NOT COPY, RESELL OR USE AND STUDY MATERIALS PROVIDED
- BE PHOTOGRAPHED FOR TRAINING AND MARKETING PURPOSES
- TAKE CARE OF MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS AND RESPECTS OTHER BELONGINGS
- TO ONLY PRACTICE IN THE WAY I WAS TAUGHT BY AMPIKA’S AESTHETICS/ NOT TO PRACTICE OUTSIDE THE COURSE BOUNDARIES SET
- PROVIDE CASE STUDIES IN ORDER TO PROVE THE CORRECT LEVEL OF COMPETENCE AND RECEIVE CERTIFICATION
- SEEK AND GAIN INSURANCE TO CARRY OUT ANY TREATMENTS I HAVE BEEN TAUGHT AND AM QUALIFIED TO PERFORM
- UNDERSTAND THAT FOLLOWING GDPR LAWS, MY DETAILS AND RECORDS WILL BE STORED AND PROTECTED UNDER THE DATA PROTECTION ACT (2018).
